Andrea B. Reeves

Hi! I am Andrea Reeves, an Ashe County native long recognized for my creative energies and strong work ethic. I entered the real estate profession in 1999 looking for a new challenge and a new opportunity to become even more involved in my community. In March 2001, while seeing the ongoing growth potential for the area, and realizing a dream come true, a business partner and I opened Regency Properties. $8 (eight) million in sales in our first year was quite an accomplishment in my eyes, but realizing sales in excess of $30 (thirty) million in 2005 was simply awesome to me but even that was topped by sales in 2006. Potential for 2007 is quite exciting and I remain very thankful for the success my company is enjoying. Even though real estate is a demanding job, you can bet I love it! Be it on land, residential, or commercial property, you will find that my expertise allows me to provide the appropriate information needed for buyers to make wise decisions and a wise investment/purchase. In 2005, I received the prestigious CRS Designation, was recognized nationwide as a top producer, and recognized as one of the most professional Realtors. In early 2007, I participated in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and also received accolades.

On a personal note, I enjoy “shopping” and walking, but most of all the joy of living in my personally designed Ashe County home with my 2 children, Courtlyn-18 and Cagney- 12. Both children are very active in their respective schools and I find great pleasure in sharing activities with them. Courtlyn is a freshman at Wake Forest University, a private institution located in Winston-Salem, NC where he is pursuing a rigorous academic path which will likely lead to numerous degrees. Cagney is in the 7th grade at Ashe County Middle School. She is involved in several activities at her school and also enjoys voice lessons, reading, cheerleading, and dancing. The entire family enjoys spending time with "the other half"--two Bichon Frise puppies named Buffett and Malibu.
